Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days with every feature of every plan. You don't add a card to start. From the day after the trial ends, Surba reminds you to choose a plan.
What's the difference between Essentials and Growth?
Essentials has everything you need to see, control and cut spend: subscriptions, expenses, budgets and approvals, the AI spend optimizer, Surba virtual cards, bills, integrations, the audit trail and the mobile apps, for up to 10 team members. Growth adds Get funded (pitch decks, investor CRM and updates), buy now, pay later, payment automation, health and runway forecasts and AI assistants, with unlimited team members and priority support.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading starts straight away, and the part of your current period you haven't used is taken off the price. Downgrading starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Which currency will I pay in?
Your workspace's own currency. Prices are set in US dollars and converted at the day's rate when your invoice is made — Naira, Cedi, Shilling, Rand, Pounds, Euros and more.
How can I pay?
With a card (saved for renewals if you like), Apple Pay or Google Pay, mobile money across Africa, PayPal, a bank transfer to your workspace's own account number in Nigeria, or the balance of a Surba virtual card. Which ones you see depends on your currency.
What are the pay-as-you-use fees?
A few things cost a small amount each time, on any plan: an AI-designed pitch deck, an investor update drafted from your numbers, and issuing a Surba virtual card. You see the price before you confirm, and you're not charged if generating fails.
What happens if I don't pay?
Nothing is deleted. After a short grace period your workspace pauses until the plan is paid, and everything is exactly where you left it.
