These terms govern your use of Surba's web and mobile apps. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite and the access they grant.
Using Surba
- Surba helps you track and manage spend. Amounts, dates and reminders depend on the information you and your team enter or connect; please check important figures against your vendor invoices and bank statements.
- Exchange rates are indicative daily rates and may differ from the rate your bank or card applies.
- Recommendations, health scores and AI-generated content are guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice.
- Auto-pay records payments on the renewal date. Charges to cards you add are made by your vendors; Surba virtual cards are debited only for payments you set up.
Payments, cards and financing
Card funding is processed by our payment providers under their terms. Surba virtual cards and buy-now-pay-later financing are provided with licensed partners, subject to identity checks, eligibility and approval, and the repayment terms shown before you accept.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Surba: no unlawful activity, attempts to break security, access to other workspaces, or uploading malicious files.
Your data
You own the data you add. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Surba available and may change or improve features. If we make material changes to these terms we will let you know in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Surba is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
